BigChange will be demonstrating their award winning mobile asset and work management system, JobWatch, which provides a paperless way to plan, manage, schedule and track jobs, vehicles and plant. The all-in-one system handles the entire business process from booking to invoicing with drivers and operatives using mobile devices to replace all paperwork. JobWatch is synchronised in real-time with BigChange booking, CRM and invoicing apps, and can integrate with hire, accounts and ERP software. Cloud-based and suitable for everyone, JobWatch is already in use with companies such as GAP, Garic, Nixon Hire and Elliot.
BigChange will also show a new collaboration tool that allows firms to form a virtual network for sub-contracting hires. An app makes it easy to manage contractors with their operatives using their mobile devices to receive jobs and provide reports; all on the same system allowing easier management as one seamless paperless operation.
