PLANTWORX is the UK’s largest live working construction event of 2023, providing the ultimate opportunity to demonstrate machine innovation and technology that makes the construction industry safer, smarter and more productive, generating interest and increasing sales. 

The 2023  event will take place from Tuesday 13th to Thursday 15th June 2023 at the East of England Arena & Events Centre, Peterborough PE2 6HE, UK.

Answers to your most frequently asked questions

1. Will there be mobile reception on site?

Yes, there is excellent O2 phone signal and 4G across the entire site

2. Will there be wi-fi across the site?

Yes, there will be ‘hot spots’ across the site. Exhibitors can also purchase ‘booster’ packs if they are looking to run online utilities within their stand.

3. Will there be plenty of toilets?

On site, there are brick-built toilet blocks across the external arena, as well as plenty of indoor facilities throughout the internal areas. The arena is fully staffed by a great team of attendants who regularly manage all of the facilities.

4. Will there be walkways for pedestrians?

Yes. There are existing concrete pedestrian walkways across the entire site, and further walkways will be laid between stands to ensure visitors get a great view of everything that is going on. Even if the weather isn’t on our side, we are working hard to keep mud to a minimum!

5. Are dogs allowed on site?

The only dogs which are allowed on site are Assistance Dogs.

6. Are children allowed on site?

Children under 12 years of age are prohibited from attending the Exhibition but as long as each child is accompanied throughout by an adult or in an organised school party there will be no age restriction on the final day of the show (15th June 2023). Nobody under the age of 16 years will be allowed on-site during build-up or break-down periods.

7. Can schools visit the site?

8. Is there a shop on site?

Yes, there will be a ‘pop up’ shop on site.

Exhibiting Options

PLANTWORX is famous for its huge variety of exhibitors, live demonstrations and equipment showcases, designed to excite visitors year after year.

With so much variety to cater for, there are plenty of options available for exhibitors looking to bring the most innovative equipment, stands and products to PLANTWORX 2023, with options available for budgets of all sizes.

Stands are available on the grass and hard standing, as well as in an indoor arena area and many of the dedicated Zones launched in 2019 will be back for the 2023 show, talk to us about the most relevant area for your business.

Outdoor Space

Space only stands are available on both the grass and hard standing areas.

  • Minimum of 6m width to a maximum of 36m width.
  • Depth 12m or 24m.

Outdoor Demonstration Space

Demonstration space is only available as a package with co-located outdoor static space.

  • Stands available in 6m width increments.

Indoor Arena Stands

The Indoor Arena which will house a shell scheme exhibition is located at the Visitor Entrance in order to maximise visitor footfall.
