The 6th Plantworx construction machinery exhibition, hosted by the Construction Equipment Association (CEA), will take place from 23rd to 25th September 2025 at the Newark Showground. The relocation to Newark is due to the previous venue in Peterborough being repurposed for housing, necessitating a move to continue the event’s success and growth.

Newark Showground was chosen for its superior infrastructure, including permanent walkways and advanced communication facilities, crucial for efficient business operations. Simon Frere-Cook, Plantworx Event Director, highlighted the venue’s flexibility, accessibility, and the reliability of its outdoor spaces, essential for accommodating Plantworx’s scale.

The event will feature 126 acres of flexible indoor and outdoor exhibition space, complimentary parking, and easy access off the A1, with Newark Northgate station just a five-minute taxi ride away. Over 400 exhibitors are expected, showcasing the latest in construction machinery, technology, and services, with live demonstrations allowing for realistic displays of equipment in action.

Plantworx 2025 promises to expand its impact within the construction industry, continuing its tradition of live demonstrations and innovative displays. Sales for the event will open in June, and further updates on new initiatives are forthcoming.

Plantworx 2025 will be the show where emerging and disruptive technologies feature alongside construction equipment, innovation, technology products and services.
